Carry-Out Instructions

  1. Print the carry-out menu and make your selections. (Menu copies also available onsite.)

  2. Park your vehicle on the parking lot.

  3. Proceed to the gym doors to place your order and pay. We accept cash, debit or credit.

  4. You will be notified via text message or assigned number called when your order has been fulfilled.
